These terms govern your use of whatevr — the app, the website, and the API (together, "the service"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
You must be at least 18 to use whatevr. Keep your sign-in email secure — anyone with access to it can access your account. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
whatevr estimates calories and nutrients from what you tell it, using AI and nutrition databases. Estimates are estimates: they can be wrong, and food data from third-party sources may be incomplete or out of date. The service is under active development; features may change, and availability isn't guaranteed.
whatevr is a general wellness tool, not a medical device. Nothing in the service is medical, nutritional, or health advice. Consult a qualified professional before making significant changes to your diet or exercise, especially if you have a medical condition or a history of disordered eating.
Paid plans are billed through your Apple account. Free trials convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends; subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your App Store settings. Prices are shown in the app before you subscribe.
You own what you log. You give us the limited rights needed to operate the service — storing, processing, and displaying your content to you and, where you've connected with friends, the limited social signals described in our privacy policy.
You can delete your account anytime in the app, which erases your data. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or put the service or other users at risk.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
